EATC was founded by Joy Woo, who holds degrees in B.A. (Statistics, Economics), Singapore, M.Soc.Sci. (Economics), Singapore, and Ph.D. (Health Economics), Australia. During her capacity with EATC, Dr. Woo was the lead management consultant and Director for Educational Training and Business Development departments. Dr. Woo has more than 20 years of professional working experience as an Economist, Head of Research (Economics & Equities), Lecturer, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the banking & financial, academia and health sectors.
